How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders are completed within 5-10 business days depending on complexity and current order volume. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. For the best results, we recommend high-resolution files with transparent backgrounds. If you only have a rough idea, we can work with that too.
Can I see a proof before you make it?
Absolutely! We always send a digital proof for your approval before we start crafting. You can request changes before production begins.
What is the Snowglobe technique?
Our Snowglobe technique seals decorative floating particles inside a double-walled glass. When you shake the cup, the particles swirl around like a snow globe.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss.
What is your return policy?
Because each item is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect or the item does not match the approved proof, we will make it right.
