Master Chef Takeshi Yamamoto.

With over 20 years of mastery, Chef Takeshi trained under legendary Itamae in Tokyo's Ginza district before bringing his art to Miami. His knife work is precise, his palate extraordinary, and his dedication to sourcing the finest fish is unmatched.

Every morning, Chef Takeshi personally inspects each delivery, selecting only the top tier of fish flown in from Tsukiji and local Florida waters. His omakase is a journey through seasons and oceans, each piece telling a story.

Sushi is not about the fish. It is about the moment between the chef's hand and the guest's first bite. That moment must be perfect.

What is Omakase?
Omakase means "I'll leave it up to you" in Japanese. Rather than ordering from a menu, you entrust Chef Takeshi to curate a multi-course tasting experience using the freshest seasonal ingredients available that day. Each omakase is unique, making every visit a new journey.
How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve directly on our website using the form above, call us at (305) 555-0888, or book through OpenTable or Resy. For weekend dining and bar seating, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. Private dining requires two weeks notice.
Is there a dress code?
We maintain a smart casual dress code. Collared shirts, blouses, and clean denim are welcome. We ask guests to refrain from wearing athletic wear, tank tops, flip-flops, or overly casual attire. Jackets are not required but always appreciated.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Absolutely. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation and again when seated. Chef Takeshi will craft your experience around your needs. We can accommodate gluten-free, shellfish-free, and most common allergen concerns.
Do you offer private dining?

Where do you park?
Complimentary valet parking is available at our entrance on Brickell Avenue every evening. There is also a public parking garage one block north on SE 12th Street with hourly rates. Ride-share drop-off is directly in front of our entrance.
