Otoro (Fatty Tuna)
The prized belly cut of bluefin tuna, silky and rich with marbled fat that melts on the tongue. Sourced from Tsukiji market.
Surrender to the art of omakase. Our master chef curates a multi-course journey of the freshest fish flown in daily from Tokyo, crafted with precision at our intimate Brickell counter.
With over 20 years of mastery, Chef Takeshi trained under legendary Itamae in Tokyo's Ginza district before bringing his art to Miami. His knife work is precise, his palate extraordinary, and his dedication to sourcing the finest fish is unmatched.
Every morning, Chef Takeshi personally inspects each delivery, selecting only the top tier of fish flown in from Tsukiji and local Florida waters. His omakase is a journey through seasons and oceans, each piece telling a story.
Sushi is not about the fish. It is about the moment between the chef's hand and the guest's first bite. That moment must be perfect.

The best omakase experience I have had outside of Japan. Chef Takeshi's otoro melted like butter. The intimate bar seating makes it feel like a private show.
We celebrated our anniversary here and it was absolutely magical. The sake pairing elevated every course. The staff remembered our names from a previous visit.
I travel to Miami twice a year just for this restaurant. The 12-course omakase is a masterpiece. Every piece of fish is pristine and the rice temperature is always perfect.
The private dining room was perfect for our company dinner. Chef Takeshi came out to explain each course. The uni was the freshest I have ever tasted in the US.
As a sushi chef myself, I can say this is one of the few places in Miami doing true Edomae-style sushi. The aging techniques on the hirame were flawless.
Brought my parents here from Tokyo. They said it reminded them of their favorite spot in Roppongi. That is the highest compliment possible. We will be regulars.
