Method 01

Hot-water extraction

Truck-mounted units pump pre-conditioner deep into the fibers, then high-pressure rinse and vacuum it back out. The carpet industry calls this "steam cleaning" — and it's what most carpet manufacturers actually require to keep your warranty.

How long until I can walk on the carpet?+
Hot-water extraction typically dries in 4–6 hours. You can walk on it lightly right away with clean socks; we recommend keeping pets and shoes off until fully dry. Encapsulation in commercial spaces is walkable in 30–60 minutes — that's why we use it for offices and high-traffic floors.
Are your products pet-safe and kid-safe?+
Yes. We use carpet-manufacturer-approved cleaners that rinse out fully, and we offer fully eco-friendly product lines on request. Just mention pets, kids, allergies, or chemical sensitivities when you book and we'll match the products to your household.
How fast do you respond to water emergencies?+
We answer 24/7 and typically arrive within 60–90 minutes anywhere in the Portland metro. We bring industrial extractors and dehumidifiers, document the loss for your insurance, and stay in contact through the dry-out.
Do you work with property managers?+
Rental turnover is one of our specialties. We do single units, multi-property portfolios, and recurring monthly contracts. Photo reports on completion are standard, and we can hold keys for after-hours access on properties we work regularly.
